Salad Ingredients:
1 pkg Fresh Express® 3-Color Deli Cole Slaw
Dressing Ingredients:
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup salsa
Make the Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl.
Whisk until well blended.
Let sit for 15 minutes for flavors to blend.
Make the Salad:
Place greens into a large salad bowl.
Add about half the dressing & toss well.
